Friday 5
Friday 5 is a collection of five words which can be found each week (middle column) on this page and inside this post. If you choose to write a poem or story with these words please leave your comment below. I hope everyone can find the same inspiration with Friday 5 as they do with 3WW. Hope to see you around and don't forget to post your comments below. Have a nice day.

As usual, I wrote my poem before reading what others did with the prompt. It immediately struck me that our responses seemed to share a rather sad mood - not to say that they were in any way bad poems as several of them struck me as very poignant and beautiful!
But it did make me wonder if this was the only way of using these words... and I decided to experiment.
So here is a sonnet which uses the friday five in a cheerful way - Little boy's toy. I hope you agree that these words work quite well in a cheerful poem too!
Noah your link didn't work so I have placed a new link here so everyone can come by and comment. Have a nice day.
