Monday Mural will feature a picture/ artwork for you to lend your words (poem or story) each Monday. I want you to ask yourself what images are provoked here? What words would you use to define this picture? If you choose to write for Monday Mural please leave your comments below. Hope to see you around.
I hope everyone enjoys this week's Monday Mural. I personally took the photo with my new Sony DSC- W80 digital camera. My family and I went to Cummins Nature Preserve this evening to capture this beautiful, lone chimney. I will post another photo of my husband w/ Mateo, our Jack Russel, over at Shades of Mj if you would like to catch a glimpse of some of my family.

7 Poefusions:
It's interesting that you chose the lone fireplace as the Monday Mural. There are several of these around Georgia too. Sometimes I run across them when wandering over paths in the woods. I've always been drawn to them. I guess my poem will help me figure out why.
Here's my attempt.
Memories
Still quite new to poetry/prose writing so I would say this is an attempt of some sort.
